This booking form is for the BMC Huts Seminar that is taking place on Saturday 7th February 2026 at Plas y Brenin, North Wales and online via Zoom.

We hope as many of you as possible will be able to join us in North Wales, but bookings will need to be made by 9am on Monday 2nd February to confirm your in-person place. However, there will be places available via Zoom if there are no in-person places left.

The BMC takes data protection seriously - the details you submit in this form will be held securely and will only be used for the purposes of running this event.

The data provided will be used by the BMC Club Development Manager (Jane Thompson) purely for managing the event and for contacting the participants about the event.
